Payment Policies

In order to guarantee services, prepayment is requires on all contracts. A deposit of 50% of the total contract value will be required a min. of 30 days in advance of the event.

The final balance shall be paid in full 24 hours prior to the start of the function.

If the event is of a nature that additional charges maybe incurred, a completed credit card authorization must be provided by the customer as a guarantee of payment for services rendered.

Guarantees for Special and Private Events

Guaranteed guest count is requires 5 business days prior to the Event. Town & Country Catering a division of Splendid Gourmet will prepare 5% over (not to exceed an additional 25 meals) any guaranteed counts. 5% overage preparation will not pertain to box lunches, continental breakfast or appetizers.

Any increase to the final guest count given less than 72 business hours prior to the event will result in an additional charge of 25%, plus tax and gratuity per person.


Prices, along with menus, are often provided well in advance of an event. Due to fluctuating market prices, our menu prices are subject to change. Town & Country Catering will gladly lock in and guarantee menu selection pricing within sixty days of your catered event with a signed contract and deposit per our stated deposit policy.


A charge will be assessed for cancellation of contracted services within 15 days of an event. The charge will be calculated to cover material, and labor cost including administrative, incurred by Town & Country Catering as a result of the anticipated event as well as the forgone profit associated with the cancelled event should the date not be rebooked by another customer.

Any event cancelled within 72 business hours prior to the event will require payment in full.


We do not have an alcohol license. We do not assume responsibility for injury, damages or loss to any property or person before, during or following the event.

How to Order?

Town & Country features corporate menus designed for easy drop-off service to any location. We handle the ordering process with ease and consistently offer exceptional quality and beautiful presentation. We know how important it is to make a good impression.

Our food is prepared fresh daily and delivered to you in a professional and timely manner. Our food is delicious and is made with the finest and freshest local ingredients.

* We serve the greater Sacramento and the outlying areas. Delivery available Monday through Friday and also available Saturday and Sunday for special events.
* Delivery charges are based upon size of the order and location
* All corporate orders must be placed with us at least 24 hours in advance.
* A 10-person minimum for all lunch orders and 20 for breakfast and dinner.
* Please place all orders for the following day, no later than 5 pm.

Fine Food Catering Menu

We will be happy to provide you beautiful food presented in chaffers and platters with a valid credit card number. You will be charged for the replacements of all items missing or returned damaged.

Disposable plates, napkins, flatware and tablecloth are included in the price of the food.

We will be happy to handle your rental needs. An additional 25% fee will be added to your rental prices.
